BodyBugg vs HRM

Im curious about how you all like your BB and HRM's. I have a watch that has a HRM but I can honestly say that I never have got the hang of the right way to use it. A friend and I just ordered the Bodybugg for a great price and I know so many that have enjoyed it. Can anyone tell me your thoughts on these and how they have or have not helped you in reaching/moving towards your goals?

    I wore a BB for 2 years and it helped me with figuring out how many calories I burned daily. I just despise the CS and website. It's easier to log your food here. Other than that, many people who have used it benefited from it based on the forums there.

    I have heard many say its easier to log food here. I will certainly keep doing that, I mostly want to know more about the calorie burning. Im still curious how people use the HRM's. I have one on my watch and would like to use that as well. How does the HRM help you other than knowing your HR during the workouts?
  • My fiance and I use BodyMedia FITs. I didn't start losing weight consistently until I got one (even though I was doing multi-hour workouts). He bought it full price and I got mine 75% cheaper by watching Craigslist...

    Having the right information about your daily calorie ins/outs is key. Its your health...invest in it. Good luck.
