Strive machines at the YMCA

Hi, does anyone currently work out using the Strive Machines?
If so, what kinds of results have you had and do you like them?
Our YMCA recently replaced their old equipment with these machines and I have heard good things but am totally new to doing any weight training.

    I belong to a YMCA, but I have not heard of any of our equipment being called a Strive Machine. What does it look like, and what does it do? We might have one, just called something different.

    We have weight machines that are at least similar. I've enjoyed using ours, and noticed some pretty quick results in muscle tone and definition. I really like doing the weights before doing my cardio. Make sure you include stretching. I think that is what has kept me from getting sore from my workouts.
