Urban Iron - weight lifting video? Help?

Hi,
I used to belong to Urban Active and really enjoyed a class called 'urban iron' which was a weight lifting class set to music. So you did a lot of reps with different counts up and down with light weights to a song. I injured my shoulder and quit working out but after PT I have started lifting again. I no longer belong to the gym. I am certain the instructors took the class from some kind of video. I have tried looking for it on the internet but I can't come up with the right words to use to search. Does anyone know what videos these were? Or something similar?
Thanks so much,
Katrina

The lifting class at my gym is called Group Power. After googling that, I found several trailer videos on YouTube. They videos are put out by a company called Body Training Systems. I've never participated in the class, but shared this info only because I was aware that it exists.0
