    Hi, Eve23! How's it going today? I am heading home from Thanksgiving holiday today. Not too far to go. Only about an hour away. I'll be able to get some exercise in this afternoon and also see if the scales have been kind or not! I've joined the Holly Jolly Christmas Challenge and hope to be 5 pounds lighter by Christmas. I have an old pair of jeans that I think I will pull out and make those my goal jeans. So how about you? What are your goals?

    It is a challenge to set a goal weight for Christmas and then to check in with how you are doing and see how the other HJCC folks are doing. Look for the posts on the message boards. Jump in with us!
