Has anyone tried the program over at American Power Yoga { http://tinyurl.com/3mwfy3y } ? I have been working with mostly Rodney Yee Yoga videos because he is easy to follow, and was thinking about picking up the pace and trying the APY 60 program. If anyone can give me a comparison I'd love to hear what you have to say.
