My favorite trick

I'm a big fan of dairy, in things, on things, with things, on its own . . .
My favorite trick in the kitchen is using non-fat dry milk to add nutrition and bulk without fat and few calories.
I even use it in my tea and coffee instead of half & half or milk! It adds body and creaminess without more liquid, tastes as good as milk, and is inexpensive.
This dairy-lover says, "Try it! You'll like it!"
