Jillian Michaels 30 day slimdown? I lost a total of 6.5 inches in 30 days and 7 lbs in weight, but 3 of the inches were from my saddle bags - that's an inch every ten days!! I have totally changed shape as a result, and am much more in proportion and more of an hourglass rather than a pear :bigsmile:
This is the schedule I followed. My eating was same as usual so trying not to eat too much junk and stick to calorie target, with a few blips in there.
DAY 1 - 30 DAY SHRED: LEVEL 1

yes here DVDs work! I have all the ones mentioned but have only done 30DS so far. I am on day 13 and have been doing 2 to 3 levels per day and I have seen much improvement. But now I will open the other 2 when I get home and start on those as well!0

This is a great idea. I have 30 DS, No More Trouble Zones, Banish Fat, Boost Metabolism, and 6 Week 6 Pack. But I wanted to do them one at a time.
I'm currently on my first week of 6 Week 6 Pack. So maybe after these 6 weeks I should try the 30 Day Slimdown. Thanks for the suggestion!0 -
What the hell...Please bear in mind I had a baby 6 months ago so my body is still, um, recovering! My current weight gol is acceptable for my height so I do need to lose more - I'm a work in progress!!
