    The more important thing to learn is how not to go back there.

    Just get back into your healthy routine of eating right and exercise but also think about why you went. If you can identify what lead you astray even though you knew it was wrong you might begin to change old patterns and be more successful long term.

    I have eaten fast food on occasion but I don't make it a habit. I have eaten a salad no dressing. Also, hamburger lots of veggies and no bun but I have to be honest I have not tried that. Also, keep it within cals for day. Exercise!! :)

    You've likely been knocked out of ketosis, but it shouldn't take more than a couple days to get back. Just get back on the wagon. It's done. Can't undo it.

    What does ketosis mean in basis? Cause I just looked it up and still don't understand it?
