Hi everyone!

I'm relatively new to FitnessPal (mainly use it on my iPhone but just started using it on the computer b/c my iPhone's
connection is out of wack today ...) so hello! Trying to shed some weight and make mini goals, I've been struggling the
last two years with some weight gain that I got as a gift from a medication. Awesome right? So far this tool has been
awesome in terms of really opening my eyes to what I thought was healthy eating by showing my the amounts of
Sugars and Sodium I'm really consuming! Therefore after doing some research was able to find options to eat
with less sodium and less sugars, thank the Lord!

Anyone have any good meal suggestions with low sodium/sugars??? ;)
