Students going back to Uni/College Group?

So it's coming to the time of year again when students are heading to their first, second, third year of university/college (school for you US people), and wondering if we can maintain the same eating habits and exercise habits amongst mounds of ever-increasing workloads...

Who wants to get a little support group going for those of us who are dramatically changing our environment in September/October? For one, I'm really nervous that I'll lose a grip on the eating habits and exercise habits, and slowly regain weight. I don't drink (that would make it even harder), but friends don't exactly buy healthy snacks at gatherings & I'm in catered residence, so the food they provide has often been fried with more oil than I'd use myself.

Anyone interested? I'm from the UK and am going back to university at the end of September.
