I have been eating either yogurt or fiber one bars for weeks now. But last night at the store, I got Eggo low-fat whole grain waffles, smuckers sugar free syrup, and I always have light butter. I'm excited!

Good for you! I haven't decided on breakfast yet. I was thinking one egg and one egg white scrambled with some bell peppers, but I'm feeling lazy about cooking. Thing is, I'm going to the gym this morning instead of my usual evening workout, so I feel like I need protein to start the day...but I'm not in the mood, I'd rather just have some instant oatmeal or a yogurt. Decisions, decisions.
Mrs. Butterworth makes a really good SF syrup. No "diet" taste, very maple-y. I've had those eggos before, they're yummy. Enjoy that big breakfast!0 -
Ooooh that sounds nice, I had a quickie granola and yogurt this morning - usual when I'm working, grab it on the run :laugh:

Good for you, it's important to have variety and find ways to make food enjoyable. Contrary to how it sometimes feels, we don't lose weight faster if we're suffering.0 -

I try to change breakfast up. But when I am working it usually ends up being weight control oatmeal with a handful of blueberries. oh man now I am getting hungry. good thing it's dinner time0
