I've been using this website for more or less a week now and I must say I'm totally hooked:) It has made counting calories so much easier! I'm 29 and an office job "helped" me to gain over 10 kilograms in the past few years. I really want to get back into shape again and not worry about how I look (that much). I managed to lose 3 kilograms since July which it not the best result, especially considering the fact that I've not been eating junk, drinking a lot of water and cycling everyday, but I can see that my effort is not totally wasted, I feel much more comfortable in my clothes. My fave meal of the day is breakfast and I never skip it. I also love fruit and can't live without it (sometimes I think I eat too much of it). So I'm on my quest of not only losing weight, but also getting healthier and better about myself. Hope you can add me as a pal, I need support!

    This website is great.

    I think exercise is the real key, and this site not only tracks that it rewards me with more calories! It took years to put on the weight, it takes time to take it off... be patient.
