Hi everyone!
Just wondering, if anyone has done these workouts and if they have before and afters and results for them? I have 6 weeks and want to make the biggest difference possible - so i need some opinions please!
Thank you

Depends on what you want.
Turbo Jam is more for "beginners", more cardio, more fat burning.
Brazil Butt Lift can really kick your butt if you let it, quite literally. It's more a mix of things, mostly resistance and definitely focuses on your butt and thighs, but gives your whole body some work. You can add weight and increase resistance and it easily builds it up to an advanced level workout. I'm doing it now and I was majorly sore for the first several days!0 -
I LOVE turbo jam! It is really fun and it makes you want to go back and do it again. The cardio party workout is great it gives you an awesome cardio workout. The turbo sculpt will make you majorly sore in the thighs and buns.
I'm sure you can't go wrong with either one. Good Luck0 -
I've done Turbo Fire & Brazil Butt Lift and Turbo is more cardio and Brazil is much more for sculpting and toning. You could always do one for a few weeks and then switch once you finish one program. Honestly, I lost more weight doing Turbo.0
