start up again, do I have to count it as day 1 all over again? I think I took a week break because of my health.

If you take a break you'll come back stronger as you've given your body the much needed rest to recover and repair itself from the stresses induced from the exercise sessions.
Pick up where you left off and I guarantee it'll seem far easier than the last session did.
Resting is never a bad thing0 -
I went on holiday during 30 day shred.
So when i got back i just started again from the beginning.
But i was only on like day 5...0 -
If it's been a week, I would start it all over again with 10 days of level 1, then on day 11 start level 2 and so on0

I agree with Egger. However, I would restart and just do everything the harder way :devil:0

I'm doing day 5 tomorrow then I'm going away for the weekend and doing day 6 when I come back.0

It's good to break up a routine and confuse your body. Agree with Egger29, pick back up where you left. Personally I would not do the same thing over and over again for 30 days, which will make my body too used to what I do, and it learned to be efficient instead of working hard to burn more.0
