Hello Everyone!
Has anyone here tried the kettleworx program? I was thinking about buying it as a compliment to my cardio routine and thought it would be a great strength workout in a 30 minute window at home. It is kind of expensive though.
Any advice?

My wife tried it out and was not impressed. The kettlebell classes at the gym provide a much better workout.0

If you have Academy there, they have a 15lb kettlebell w/ DVD for $30. The DVD has 3 diff't programs on it. Its great!0

I work out 3-4 times a week for approx 30 mins with a mix of body weight exercises and I have an 8, 10 and 16kg kettle bells. They are superb in both cardio exercises and strength building. Even after a couple of weeks, my body shape has changed noticeably and I feel stronger and have more energy. If you want more resources, go to dragondoor.com who are the premier resource on kettle bells. Do not buy into Kettleworx.
Good luck.0
