How often do you take comparison pictures to see your current success(es) and keep yourself motivated? Once a week? Once a month? Once ever 5... 10... 20lbs? Never? Just curious to see how often everyone else does it. I have never really been one to take pictures to document my weight loss thus far, but now that I'm doing the 30DS and starting C25K, I'm more interested in taking them more frequently.

I take mine every month, I started taking pics when I first started in January and will continue until I get to my goal weight. The changes from month to month are very noticeable and are also a great pick me up when needed to see how far I have come.0

So far, I've done it quarterly (April 1, July 1). Maybe when I get closer to my goal I will do them more often because it seems like little changes make bigger differences the closer you get.0

It used to be every 10 pounds, but after every time I noticed very little difference, I just stopped. LOL I'll take a pic when I reach 60 pounds loss, and then once more when I get to my final goal of 185.0

Haven't taken one yet. I have a starting photo, I just hadn't mustered up the gumption to take a comparison. Maybe I'm afraid I won't see anything.0

ive only took one set of pictures so far - going to take more every month as well as my measurements0

I take a face pic almost everyday and a full body shot about once a month. In the end I'm going to do a time lapse of my face to see how it changed.0

I love love love taking pictures of myself, so I've seen myself progress from mildly overweight, to obese, and now I'll track more methodically down to 'healthy' (I taken a photo of myself almost every freaking day for years) ... I'm taking full body photos every month, and I think I'll probably start taking face-photos (same hair, makeup, etc.) every month too, because seeing the change in my face so far has blown me away.0
