Is it time to up my calories yet?

I have been eating around 1200 calories a day and eating back some of my exercise calories and being really bad on weekends and making up for it the next few days eating less and this was going great. But it took 2 weeks to lose the last pound, this could be from my terrible weekends still but it is still a lot slower than at first. I know this is normal, don't worry I do my reading on here! So weighing 159 lbs at 5'7" and going hard for about a month of diet and exercise, is it time to boost my calories?
