too much protein??

Hi, was wondering how much protein is too much?? I usually don't get enough.. but it seems that today I went over and had too much.. I didn't do good today come to find out.... sooo... any insight on this would be greatly appreciated!!! Thanks!

Looks like you had 70g today. You're well in the clear. You can go way higher than that. Many people aim for 1g per lb of body weight.0

I do 80-100 grams per day. Those who lift weights do about double that.
Most people don't get enough by far!

Not a Dr but I don't think its a real problem. A meal heavy in protein will prbably just make you shed a little more water than usual.
If you regularly get waaaaay more than your body can use, then you risk certain kidney or liver problems.
I wouldn't worry.0 -
Shoot for .5 to 1 gram of protein for each pound of lean body weight.0
