Are you (my diet) ready for some Football?!

I am so stoked that it's time for football again, like many of you I'm sure, I am jumping out of my skin! The problem is that the I'm-not-dieting-just-eating-healthy part of me is dreading it like I'm tied to the railroad tracks and can see the train a'comin. :frown:

I know that there are a million and one healthy substitution recipies for all the game day snacks and meals but what I'm most concerned about is the beer. The vast quantities of beer that are consumed on any given Sunday :drinker: Now I certainly can limit myself but Sundays during football season are usually an all day affair with my friends and even a few beers puts a huge dent in my daily count. And to be totally honest, I'm not willing to give that up. So, I will just have to work out extra in the morning, and hopefully you all want to share some kick@ss recipes and tricks here to help us all survive football season!

    Go Chargers here as well. Been a fan for many years! Especially since LA doesn't have a team, at least for now.....

    I don't drink beer so hard to advise.

    Just try to cut down and maybe light beer........

    Remember to hydrate with all the beer and log it in!!!!

    And yes, I am so ready for some football!
