ALRIGHT: I've allowed myself a few days to "indulge in some sweets" while still trying to eat healthy. NOW it's time to get back on the RIGHT & HEALTHY way of eating again. PREGO or NO Prego, I want to make sure I keep up with my healthy habits & working out too. I want to make sure that the ONLY weight gain, is HEALTHY baby weight. Because unlike this Birthday tomorrow. My 30th Birthday next year is going to ROCK! I'm still on a mission folks!

Congratulations! Make sure to reset your calorie goal so you're no longer eating at a deficit, and definitely eat your exercise cals.0

Congrats on the baby! Well in a few months that is.. =0) Yea my yoga instructor was still doing full standing splits in yoga at 8.5 months prego. Mind blowing!0

CONGRATS!! that is so exciting!!! babies are wonderful, you are going to glow. dont be too too worried about weight gain though, you want to have a healthy baby. good luck!0

Congrats!! I am 24 weeks pregnant myself and I am trying to eat healthy and not gain any unnecessary weight. I have good days and some bad days and today was one of my bad days :-( Good luck!0

Congratulations!!! (side note: the nutritionist told me with my last pregnancy that I needed only 500 extra calories a day, for the baby)0
