I'm now starting my fourth week of both MFP and the Body by Vi Challenge.
Starting weight was 325 about 5'10"

Strictly doing proper diet until 300 then joining the local fitness club after that.

I am finding it easier to eat more healthy after 3 weeks since I was used to eating about 4000-5000 calories per day with 5 or 6 cans of pop. I am not yet completely pop-free but I have only had two cans of non-diet since the start.

I am blogging daily to keep myself honest by posting what I ate, what I did tht day, and of course, MFP "end if day" stats for calories/carbs/fats/protein.

    Good start Jeff! And, welcome to the party!
  • Good Job on the pop. You will eventually stop drinking it!! It has been 3 years since i have had pop! Keep your chin up and you CAN accomplish anything!

    My short-term goal is 200 although I am well aware that my weight should be lower. I will cross that road when it comes. I would like to be at that before I turn 30 (April '13).
