So, somehow I've managed to go over my daily sugar limit everyday I've been on this thing. It's not like I've been eating sugary candy or chocolate or anything. It's all natural sugars from fruits. Is this still bad? Should I be cutting back on fruits? I always thought natural sugars were good for you.

    I don't look at sugars but i'd say don't cut back on fruit as long as you are within calories

    I wouldn't change anything. I stopped tracking sugar because it was too frustrating when most of my sugar was coming from fruit, which is obviously healthy!

    I went through that. I've mixed up my fruits a little more to make sure that I was getting some with lower sugar content, I also boosted my sugar allowance a little.
