Im new to this site, but i have been working out for quite some time now, my ultimate goal is to pass the fire fighters physical test and become one. Slowly but surely, i will get there one day. Just looking for motvation

    I did it years ago. One thing I will tell you is that you need to be cardio fit. I would suggest running carrying 50lbs for short distances, like 20 yard or so. Catch your breath and do it again. Carrying all that gear, plus having to carry a 75lb hose up 3-4 flights of stairs and dragging a 180 dummy is tough if you're not cardio fit.
