Ok so I joined here in 2010 and lost the bulk of my weight it 2010 but have been kind of off and on this year. I got down to 2lbs away from goal then life got in the way. I joined Scentsy in May and LOVE it. I love that I am out of the house more and meeting new people (so not like me) anyway since summer started my health has taken a back seat.

I want my business to succeed! I want to look great and feel confident when I walk into someones home. My mouth is catching up but my weight is also creeping up.

Help me be SCENTsational again :)

I'm back again too but I dont need to lose 10 lbs...I need to lose 100lbs plus. I started here last year too, and let everything get in the way and I'm just now coming back with a new determination. I hear those last 10 lbs are the hardest, and I'm feeling like they must be as hard as my first 10 because it seems so impossible right now that I will lose ANYthing.

I dont know how to give you motivation. My motivation comes from watching biggest loser and seeing people change visibly and knowing I can have that change no matter how difficult the path may be, it will eventually be rewarding. And I picture myself doing things I cant do right now and I envision how I will feel doing them, like running a 5k or biking to work, and feeling so proud of myself.

So maybe that will help motivate you, looking at the final results that you want to have and visualizing the feelings you'll have when you get there. I hope by this time next year I'll be in your same boat, looking for the motivation to take off those last 10 lbs. You've done good so far, you know you have it ihn you to keep on doing good. Dont get complacent now. The finish line is in your sight. That last kick is in you, take a deep breath and sprint to the finish.

Good Luck! You can do this, you know it, let it happen!
