Treadmill NSV!

So today at the gym after my 1 hr Body Pump class, I decided to get on the treadmill and to do some interval walking/running. I was able to walk at 4.0 mph and run at 6.4 mph alternating every other minute! I remember doing this at the beginning of my weight loss and was barely able to run at 5 mph. I'm not really a runner and never have been (but well on my way to be :) ). For me, this is definitely an NSV! :bigsmile:
