You need a nice massage. I had the same problem the other day, i was watching a movie and felt like i was being a lazy slug so i slid down and with my head still resting on the chair i did a butt up and i pulled my neck. I bribed my fiance for a massage. it went away by the end of the movie.0

Chiropractor... I love mine. I go to him once a week now. What you have is called a subluxation. The Chiropractor can fix it fast.0

ok but it is normal to get it in the neck too?0

It's fairly normal to have it occur in your neck. Hang in there.
Sometimes Soaking in a Hot Spa while stretching helps me.0 -
absolutely, Trust me.. you’ll feel like a million bucks when he’s done cracking’ your bones from the neck down to your hips... it’s wonderful.0

Sounds painful but can't ffeel no worse then it does now0

It’s not at all. At least for me it wasn’t . I was in a head on collision with a dump truck and my head went through the windshield so, as you can imagine, my neck and back were throughly fubar’d . When he adjusts you it’s like you hear a “pop” or “crack” and then instant relief.
Sometimes I over do it when I exercise just so I can feel the pop and tenth relief after... weird, I know. I don’t know how else to explain it but it just feels so good0 -
I don't know if anyone here is familiar with a guy named Harley Race from waaaay back when in the wrestling world, but I had the pleasure of working with him a few times, and he is one of those guys that just has magic hands.
I had a neck and back problem one day, and he said let me look at it.
Next thing I knew he grabbed me twisted me I screamed for about a second....and just went "ohhhhhhh" after that LOL.0
