bad bad weekend

ugh, this weekend was so much worse than I could ever have dreamed turkey day would be. We went to chicago and I feel like all I did was eat until I was so full I felt sick. Breakfast and lunch wasn't so bad yesterday,but we had dinner at the cheesecake factory. Dinner was delicious and of course we got cheesecake to go. It was good, but not nearly enough to keep eating it after I was starting to feel way too full again, but I did. Then I tossed and turned all night because my stomach literally hurt from being so full.
Today I decided the weekend was already ruined so why not continue? I feel sick again today. I know tomorrow starts a new weeks\, but I just feel so sick (literally) and mad at myself. Oh well, I did have a blast and its not like I do this every weekend. Any idea how much you could possible gain in one weekend?

Ugh, I am feeling ya. I feel the same way, I ate taco bell AND wendays today, my tummy hurts so bad right now. I regret it now, but this week is a new week. :happy:

How about we concentrate on helpin you back up on the wagon and not worry about the lbs. a person can gain over an over indulgence weekend?:laugh:

Can you take a few moments tonight before hitting the sack and plan out your food diary on MFP for tomorrow? That will go soooooooooo far in helping you feel more in control when you wake up and actually it helps me feel in control when I'm setting up my day before food items...
It'll soooooooooo be worth it, truly! New month, new week begins tomorrow, the weekend is about over, you ate what you ate...and that's old news, just remember try hard NOT to hold onto the guilt...guilt is useless it doesn't do any of us any good..
Girl!! :bigsmile: You've lost 23 lbs! That is AWESOME!! SO the weekend didn't go as you'd planned.... when this happens the best thing for any of us is to simpy acknowledge that and move forward!:huh: :drinker:
One thing though? DON'T WEIGH YOURSELF Tomorrow....you don't need a downer if you did have a slight gain.... just concentrate on one moment at a time, drinking lots of water (ah did I mention water?) , then the moment becomes an hour, a meal, half a day, then the end of the day you'll have victory and realize you are much stronger than you think you are!!
One weekend in the big scheme of things....doesn't make or break us...it's the days added onto the weekend...that can make or break us!:ohwell: :flowerforyou: :flowerforyou:0
