Yoga Ball & Mat??

I bought a yoga ball and mat on Ebay a couple days ago, and it should be arriving soon.

Does anyone have any suggestions on good exercises I can do using this? I'm a beginner, so nothing too extreme. I'm excited for it to arrive, but don't know what to do with it!

The best core exercise, plus it doesn't wreck your spine like sit-ups/crunches/etc.
