Thursday Mini Challenge

Options
Today's challenge is: Leg Raises

Let's see if we can do 150.

You can do them any style you want and you have until midnight to get them done.
If you can't do 150 then do what you can.
The important thing is that you try to do it.
Make sure you stretch and have fun doing them.
Report back when you are done and let us know how you did.

    i'm in! i was praying that todays mini challenge would be something leg/abs related (my arms hurt so much from the 300 push ups)

    done 150 reverse crunches like last week cos I can't do the leg raisies as they just kill my back!

    Oh no! I did too many! I thought it was 175. Did 5 reps of 25 and 5 reps of 10. Concerned it got my lower back more than my abs no matter how hard I tried to do it right.

    Due to not feeling good, and back issues... I did them sitting in a chair but I did 200 just to try to make up the difference :) Thanks, that was a good one, I can actually do it at the office desk and feel the burn in upper legs, (abs after quite a few) and my butt muscles.
