It has been almost a week since this diet has started. I am hoping to lose 31 lbs by my 40th birthday (not until Nov.) but would Be happy to lose 25 by the summer. My sister and I doing the diet thing together but 1500 mile apart. We email our intake the following day and any exercise we have done or mess ups LOL. We will weigh in on Wednesdays. I have a hard time with the weight thing. I am a small person and the weight looks twice the amount. It took me 25yrs to wiegh 100lbs then I had children and as I get older the time and effort just increases....it is hard. But I can do it! Best wishes...
