try eating back your exercise calories or at least half of them. It is possible you put your body in starvation mode. And maybe add more protein. Especially if you are working out a lot. Most people here will tell you. That the more they eat, the more they loose.

A good way to make sure you loose is to cut carbs to below 100 only from fruit veg and potato, and up protein to at least 100
Don't be scared to eat more fat either, as long as it's good fats from fish, nuts ect.

I would have said you are starting to plateau....but I don't know if you can plateau this early..... My suggestion is to start changing up your workouts. If your body gets used to the same workouts you do over and over they won't have the same effect.

I agree. Try upping your calories so you reach your goal. It looks like you're eating pretty healthy, so the problem is probably the amount.

    Good luck, and keep perservering.
  • I looked at your food diary, looks like you're eating a lot of refind white flour ie bread. Try having new potatoes and brown rice and wholewheat pasta instead. Eat less of theses carbs and more veggies.

I agree with Emma's post. You seem to be exercising a lot so I would increase the protein intake to lose more fat and decrease the carbs intake. And also I don't what type of exercises you do but I would stick to lots of reps with minimum weight and cardiovascular workouts.
Good on you for keeping so positive and wanting to carry on. Good luck
