Tuesday I had a meeting with a group of people that I haven't seen since I first started my weight loss journey. It was great that everyone noticed how much better I looked and all of the positive feedback from colleagues. Between the Facebook support and things like this, I keep feeling motivated to work hard. YAY ME!
