Love the app! Here is my current progress

Hi Guys,
I have just started using this app mainly because i felt i was hitting a platue and although i was working out alot i felt I was probably over eating with chocolate biscuits so i have stopped them and started measuring calories just to see exactly what i was consuming as up to now I was losing weight now I have slowed down hopefully this app will help.
Lost just over 20kgs since the start of the year most of it was in the first 6 months now things are slowing down so I need to keep a close eye on things.
Here is some progress pics last pics taken on 3rd July I have been bothered taking anymore will soon thou.

Am happy to help anyone here who might want some advice or help with motivation, working out or exercising or maybe just how to fit it into your daily life. I was just your average joe with a office job where i sit the majority of the time and changed things up to improve me life.
Wish everyone all the best in there weightloss goals hope to get more active within the forums in the future
