I woke up hungry. That soooo excites me! How many of us actually know what hunger feels like? I've not experienced it 'til recently. I used to eat a lot, all the time, all day, e'r day. LMHO! I never knew what it felt like to actually be hungry. Now, I'm able to discern when I'm truly hungry and I like that feeling. Is that NSV, worthy? (BTW - what does NSV stand for, actually. I know it's something to do with "small victories," or something like that - but I don't know the actual words in the acronym. ROFL!)

Anyway, I woke up. I'm drinking my large glass of water and it's hit me. I'm hungry - truly hungry. YAY!

Lord, I thank You for new revelations and new ways of thinking. ALL THINGS POSITIVE!

*smiles*

Yes - truly a Non Scale Victory ;-) As you say it is such an amazing feeling to actually be hungry.....

I went to the hairdressers late afternoon yesterday and would only eat after 8:30pm, so I took my little container with some almonds for a snack - they all laughed at me, but if you eat just enough at each meal it is necessary to eat when you are hungry!!
