Work out when YOU want to and whatever works best for you.

Above poster is right. There isn't a best time. I know I feel sick when I work out in the morning so I do it in the evening and feel great.
  • Studies show that people that work out first thing in the morning average 64% more energy throughout the day and burn more fat (especially if you workout before your first meal).

Totally agree its what suits you best, I work out in the evening after work, but at weekend in the afternoon as I have more time, find I struggle in the morning as not much energy

Mornings for me at 5:30am. Get it over with. If I waited until evening I wouldn't do it. I would like to do both but im on my feet all day at work so im tired when I get home. Time I cook dinner and clean, relax for a couple of hours its time for bed.
