How could I have been so blind!
Wrigley's Extra Cool Breeze - 15kcals per pellet !!
I assumed sugar free was calorie free - I've been eating a pack a day (152kcals) without thinking
Oh the REMORSE!
Please - someone - tell me I've got this all wrong.
Are all gums filled with sneaky calories? Is there nothing 'safe'?

well just wondering, do you eat the gum? or do you chew it, if you ate it why yes there is substance and therefore calories.... but I spit mine out

No - I would never eat it. But I looked at the packet and there is nutrition info and there are kcals. And it is sugar free. Do you think the kcals are only there if you ingest? I'm not so sure....
  • I always assumed it was from chewing since you do "swallow" the saliva that is formed from the gum if that makes any sense .... Not positive though
  • BUT I also assume you burn the calories by chewing it so it equals to nothing ...(and I would look into the 5 calorie gum)
