    I find the headline of this article disturbing, especially for people new to exercising. There are no two exercises that will remove belly fat. It's just not going to happen. I'm going to write the editor responsible for this article for trying to promote spot training, a concept that the experts disproved nearly twenty years ago. I love fitness. I love working out, safely. What I despise are cheesy articles that make bold promises that aren't true. A flat stomach is achieved through your diet. It's like 80 percent diet and 20 percent exercise.
