Hi i'm 31 year old female. Loves to run, keep fit etc. My problem is keeping weight on as I exercise so much.
But I like to keep toned not muscle bound just firm.
Found this site really easy to use and quite inetresting to see what I eat and how many calories etc etc.
I am confuse as to how much they mean by cup of water?
I drink 500ml approx 6-8 times a day. I don't drink tea or coffee etc.

I know that I consider a cup of water 8 oz. and as a runner to sweats a lot during his runs I try to drink between 15 and 20 cups of water a day.0
