Hey i guess i am not new but just looking for people with similar motivations. I am not here to lose weight but i guess to maintain a healthy one and generally to stay fit and healthy My goals are generally to build up my stamina, all round strength and muscle. I try to work out 5 days a week doing a mixture of weights and cardio. I am also just trying to get into a healthy and better way of eating to achieve this. So feel free to add me

I'm in the maintenance too :-) since couple months ago. I'm exercising 7 days a week and my goal is building muscles. Feel free to add me my friend :-)
