Hey i guess i am not new but just looking for people with similar motivations. I am not here to lose weight but i guess to maintain a healthy one and generally to stay fit and healthy My goals are generally to build up my stamina, all round strength and muscle. I try to work out 5 days a week doing a mixture of weights and cardio. I am also just trying to get into a healthy and better way of eating to achieve this. So feel free to add me :)

    I'm in the maintenance too :-) since couple months ago. I'm exercising 7 days a week and my goal is building muscles. Feel free to add me my friend :-)

    ALOHA,I have been maintaining for several months now ,and like editara I am trying to build some muscle ,but I have a way to go to catch up to him but I grateful for where I am at ,feel free to add me also if u like
