Sweating in the Spirit

Good Morning!

Looking into the Christian workout DVD, Sweating in the Spirit...if you have used it or know someone who has, what are your thoughts? I was very interested in Body Gospel but it is VERY expensive so I am checking out Sweating in the Spirit by the same lady....anyway...thoughts?

    I so want the Body Gospel, I have a goal of working out 30 days. I have 10 days left. My reward is to buy Body Gospel. I hope you enjoy which ever one you get.

    That's a good idea...maybe I should set myself a goal and then treat myself to Body Gospel....

    I can't wait to reach my goal, I have never worked out this long in a row, 20 days and counting, day 21 today.

    I received Sweating In the Spirit from Netflix today and will be doing it. Because of this post, I checked out Body Gospel and it's cost too much for me--plus I don't need an entire kit. I'm going to do the DVD tonight and see how it goes.
