10 pounds down and a NSV goal reached

So I have finally lost 10 pounds. For the first time in years my weight doesn't start with a 18... it feels great. It feels even better to know I did it all by myself just by eating right and getting my butt off the couch.

My NSV was a surprise this morning. While running late for work I realized I had no clean dress pants to wear. I reached into the back of the closet for some smaller sized dress pants I stashed back there last year. They were a size too small last summer. But now they fit great!

I wasn't seeing the difference in my body 10 pounds later but my body begs to differ. It feels great to know I am wearing a smaller size! Yeah!

Great job! It's a lot of work but it's worth it. I can't wait until I can go shopping for some new clothes. I threw all my "skinny clothes" away.
