Decided to tackle the my weight after a recent medical appointment where I was shocked into action.

I've been using the site for 4 days now and managing to keep calorie counting and keeping off the junk.

I also want to get myself fitter but that has to sit on a backburner for a short period as I am not able to exercise properly for a month or two for medical reasons.

Any tips and advice welcome!!
