Hey guys, can someone help me! I am 103 pounds today (I went on a week-long binge and am finally .5 pounds from where I left off ), and my goal weight it 90 pounds. Does that mean I can only eat 900 calories per day just to maintain? :S0

OH I misread, okay how about a protein shake? I really enjoy those and they seem refreshing after a hard run or workout.
