Interesting article! Thankfully (?), I still eat too many bad things to have Orthorexia Nervosa! Guess we all need to find a happy medium in there somewhere. :-D0

Very interesting. I can see how it would be very easy to fall into this type of behavior. For someone who has an obsessive personality type, too much of anything is a bad thing.0
