Doing this slowly helps you learn alot more about yourself and the habits you "collected" over the years. I'm over the largest part of the "is it going to work this time" hurdle, but still have a long way to go.

I always say that slow and steady is the permanent change too ... if I fall off the wagon (a phrase I hate) I dont gain much ... because I have slowly just become the fitter, healthier me...0 -
