Hello everyone. I just turned 29 in June. I have 2 children ages 6 and 7. I work full time and I'm in school part time, working on my associates in nursing. = ) I have a lot on my plate right now and I'm in severe need of energy! All this weight is just dragging me down. I never was a skinny person, in high school I maintained a weight of 180lbs. After my two kids I'm now stuck at 230lbs. I havent been pregnant in 6 years...I have no excuse anymore!

If I could just get some kind words, motivation, tips and tricks from you all, I would be much appreciative.

Here's my first tip for you all! I read this article on yahoo.com today. It says there's only two exercises you really need to burn a lot of calories and work out your whole body.
