I had a Zoe's chicken salad sandwich for lunch today since it was brought in to work for the boss's birthday. I chose it over the lunch I brought from home because there was no sodium and my lunch (weight watchers dinner) had a lot of sodium (though less fat than the chicken salald sandwich). I was stuffed after eating just the sandwich which surprised me and it was yummy! I am trying to watch my sodium intake so I do not get discouraged on the scales with water retention. You think that extra fat will hurt?

Be careful with the mayo used in most chicken salad... It can be loaded with fat. I had chicken salad today also but I made mine at home with low fat mayo. A entire cup for 200 cals and a green salad. Good and full. Hope you enjoyed your sandwich!0

This is not something I will eat all the time. I wanted to eat it to not deprive myself of foods I like and it was FREE. I loved the sandwich. It did not taste like there was alot of mayo in it but I guess the fat shows it did! LOL!
