My reasons?
- i want to be hott and sexy for my bf
- i want to be fit and healthy for me
- i want to stay slimmer than my best friend and my bf's ex-wife
(both have lost a lot of weight in the past half a year, and are now my size!)

im tired of making my legs look thinner through leggings/tights.

I'm pretty much just down to vanity pounds now. I want to like my thighs! I never had. To start it was to improve my health, and get truly fit.0

For myself! I want to be healthy and also a good role model for my daughter (of course I need to get fit to keep up with her!) My blood pressure though fine was slowly creeping up and now that I am exercising and losing weight it has gone down to where it was when I was in my 20's! (41 1/2 now) Also being in my 40's things are wiggling and jiggling more and I am tired of seeing it. I want to do what I can, without surgery, to tone up and feel awesome about myself! I want to be that Grandma that runs around with the grandkids and never look my age!0

My profile statement pretty much sums it up
"I have been overweight, well pretty much since I was born ( I was a big baby!). Like every other heavy person, I have tried all of the fad "diets" and would loose weight, only to gain it back plus more. About 2 years ago, my sister who has always been over weight like me lost almost 100lbs. That's when I finally said enough is enough. She proved to me that the impossible is possible and that I can do this too!! I am ready to get this weight off and move on to the rest of my life. I want to, not only be a healthy weight, but to "be" healthy. I want someone to look at me and think, "she cares about her health". I want to hike mountains, run marathons and never feel held back by my body!!!!!! I'm tired of saying I can't do something, I can't fit those clothes, I can't go to that party...because of my body. I'm done, no more autopilot, I am taking back control of myself!! "0 -

I want to lose weight because I didn't want to be over weight and 40. At 35 Ia lost 80 pounds for this reason and slowly but surely most of it crept back on. I want to be healthy, sexy, and full of energy. I want to not only look good for my age but feel good as well.0

#1 Reason for myself, I am tired of looking in the mirror and hating what I see, I want to be able to go into any store and pick out the cute clothes. I want to be healthy and way more active throughout the rest of my life, couch time is over!

PMSL - I read that somewhere (Dr Oz on Opera), and its probably a reason all fat men want to slim (even if we only admit it to ourselves)
To not wince when I see photo's of myself. to get the body I deserve and boost my confidence. No longer be just described as "nice" or "lovely" but "sexy" or "fit"0 -

I want to be healthy, feel healthy and pass this lifestyle on to my children so they never have to feel the way I have for so many years.
I am tired of my weight holding me back from doing things I love (running, swimming, cartwheels, etc.)
I am tired of hearing that I have such a pretty face (even though that’s a nice thing to hear, I am sure some of you understand what I am saying)
I am tired of shopping in the Plus sizes.
I am tired of having to pull at my shirt to make sure it’s not hugging a fat roll
I am tired of being looked down upon for being overweight and being the source of looks that say “man she shouldn’t be eating that”.
I want to feel strong, healthy and sexy for my husband
I want to look in the mirror and not hate the reflection I see
I want to be Fabulous and 40 not Fatty and 40!0 -
Many reasons...
I want to be healthy.
I want to spend many years "playing" with my grandbabies, not just watching them play.
I want to be old but not look or feel old.
I reached my ultimate weight loss goal last October and have maintained that loss now for 10 months.
I have changed my health from mediocre to near fabulous.
I feel fantastic!0
