Sorry, I got a slow start. here are my weights. I tend to record Mondays but I weigh myself a few times a week (I know, I know).

Hi, all this past week was a bad week; With all the weather events I just didn't workout as i normally do: No weight loss this week but next WI is going to be so much better.
I WI on Wednesdays but that was the day I started MFP. I took my weight and measurements that day.

okay ya'lll we gotta get this thing in high gear.
So far i'm down 9lbs. My goal was to drop a 15 to 30 lb turkey.
Can we do it? YES WE CAN!.
Person goal is to complete 45 minutes of cardio 3 days a week from now til 11/23/2011.0 -
I am on it. I have lost 5.6 so far and my goal was to lose a large turkey. I was hoping for 20 lbs or more. We shall see. I am working on it!0
