    I like jillian michaels.....but I use all her workouts. I haven't tried any others....

    I prefer the Art of Strength DVDs, not the Johnny-come-lately commercial puppets.

    I don't (yet) own a kettle bell, but it's on my list ... what do you think a good weight is for the types of work outs for that DVD that you recommended?

    I use a 12KG (so, I think that's 20-22 lbs) at the gym for a combined sumo squat with a double arm high pull, but I think that is too light for some of the other moves, like the hip swing.

    It depends on the workout, so having a few different weights is a good idea. If you are doing a 3 minute snatch test, you will wish you had something light versus if you were just pumping out a dozen cleans.
